Product Description

The intelligent cloud-controlled automatic pipe packing equipment of KEBELN is applicable to 16-32mm PVC conduit pipes with a length of 2.5-4meters and to 50mm-200mm PVC drainage/water supply pipe with a length of 4-6meters. KEBELN has successfully obtained the invention patent and the utility model patent for this packing machine. At present, most plastic factories in Guangdong are working with these machines. One machine can replace three packers and save at least RMB150,000 labor costs per year. At the rate of 10 extrusion lines per factory, 30 employees can be saved if adopting 10 automatic packing machines.  One year can save about RMB1.5 million labor costs.
